You Don't Have to Walk Through Grief Alone
Losing someone you love is one of life's most difficult experiences. GriefShare is a welcoming, supportive group where you can find encouragement, understanding, and hope alongside others who are walking a similar journey.
Whether your loss is recent or happened years ago, GriefShare provides a safe place to process your grief, ask questions, and discover healthy ways to move forward.
What to Expect
GriefShare is a 13-week support group that meets weekly. Each session includes:
~ A video featuring trusted grief experts and personal stories from people who have experienced loss.
~ A caring group discussion where you can share as much or as little as you're comfortable with.
~ A participant guide filled with practical tools, reflection exercises, and encouragement to help you throughout the week.
Topics include navigating loneliness, fear, anger, regrets, relationships, hope, and many other common experiences of grief.
Is GriefShare Right for Me?
Everyone grieves differently. There is no "right" way to grieve, and healing cannot be rushed. GriefShare is designed for adults who have experienced the death of a family member or friend and are looking for understanding, support, and hope as they navigate life after loss.
