If we can pray for you, please submit your request on the Prayer Wall.

So, how do we pray? Jesus taught us how to pray in Matthew 6:9-13. Jesus said, “This, then, is how you should pray.” He did not say this is what you should say, but rather this is how you should pray. The Lord’s prayer gives four specific things to pray about. One of the best ways to remember these four things is through the acronym P.R.A.Y.

Tell God thanks for who He is and what He has done. Our Father in heaven, hollowed be your name.” (Matthew 6:9a) See also: 1 Chronicles 29:10-13

Confess your sins to God. Tell him how sorry you are for them and that you need His forgiveness. Ask God for strength not to do the sin again. Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.” (Matthew 6:12) See also: Psalm 51:1-12

Give your requests to God. Give us today our daily bread.” And “lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil one.” (Matthew 6:11 & 6:13) See also: Ephesians 6:19-20

Spend time submitting to God that His will be done in your life. Spend time quietly listening to God. Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” (Matthew 6:10) See also: Matthew 26:39 & Psalm 46:10a

Prayer Wall

So here's the deal.

I believe in the power of prayer. I've seen it first hand. And I believe all of you are indeed prayer warriors.

My MRI Monday showed that I have a Pi-Rads 4 lesion. Not good but then I believe in miracles.

I haven't been told when the biopsy will be done but if I can be very selfish right now I would ask that you pray that the biopsy be benign.

For some reason, God has given me a really good attitude about this.

There are a lot of people out there that have far greater problems than I do which makes me self conscious about asking for your help. Pray for them too.

God bless you all.
