If we can pray for you, please submit your request on the Prayer Wall.

So, how do we pray? Jesus taught us how to pray in Matthew 6:9-13. Jesus said, “This, then, is how you should pray.” He did not say this is what you should say, but rather this is how you should pray. The Lord’s prayer gives four specific things to pray about. One of the best ways to remember these four things is through the acronym P.R.A.Y.

Tell God thanks for who He is and what He has done. Our Father in heaven, hollowed be your name.” (Matthew 6:9a) See also: 1 Chronicles 29:10-13

Confess your sins to God. Tell him how sorry you are for them and that you need His forgiveness. Ask God for strength not to do the sin again. Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.” (Matthew 6:12) See also: Psalm 51:1-12

Give your requests to God. Give us today our daily bread.” And “lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil one.” (Matthew 6:11 & 6:13) See also: Ephesians 6:19-20

Spend time submitting to God that His will be done in your life. Spend time quietly listening to God. Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” (Matthew 6:10) See also: Matthew 26:39 & Psalm 46:10a

Prayer Wall

Rich Vonderlage

Good morning and God bless all of you prayer warriors.

I've shared prayer requests for Linda in the past but I don't think I have asked for anything for myself.

The power of your prayer is something I would covet today. I've been told that my PSA count is high (what does that mean) and because of that there's a good chance that I have prostate cancer. My appointment with the urologist is tomorrow at 2:00. I was told this once before 5 or 6 years ago and the doctor was wrong after tests and biopsies.

I would indeed appreciate your prayers for a positive result from this appointment.

The power of prayer is awesome and God's blessings are endless. Thank you in advance.
