Three days of Prayer videos are based off of LCMC Service Coordinator Mike Bradley’s prayer petitions and themes, learn more at .

If we can pray for you, please submit your request on the Prayer Wall.

So, how do we pray? Jesus taught us how to pray in Matthew 6:9-13. Jesus said, “This, then, is how you should pray.” He did not say this is what you should say, but rather this is how you should pray. The Lord’s prayer gives four specific things to pray about. One of the best ways to remember these four things is through the acronym P.R.A.Y.

Tell God thanks for who He is and what He has done. Our Father in heaven, hollowed be your name.” (Matthew 6:9a) See also: 1 Chronicles 29:10-13

Confess your sins to God. Tell him how sorry you are for them and that you need His forgiveness. Ask God for strength not to do the sin again. Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.” (Matthew 6:12) See also: Psalm 51:1-12

Give your requests to God. Give us today our daily bread.” And “lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil one.” (Matthew 6:11 & 6:13) See also: Ephesians 6:19-20

Spend time submitting to God that His will be done in your life. Spend time quietly listening to God. Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” (Matthew 6:10) See also: Matthew 26:39 & Psalm 46:10a

Prayer Wall

Rebecca Kent

Have been asked to put an update on here on how our baby girl, Margaret Garst is doing. So happy to share that she is doing wonderful.! She weighs almost 14 pounds, so has more than doubled her weight. She smiles and cooing when visiting with her. If Mom or Dad not near by, her big brothers can console her if fussing. Loves cuddles any time. Passed her hearing tests. Still needing tube feeding supplements , but doing very well with that. Her Baptism was November 20th, with big brother Evan as her sponsor.

Are asking for some prayers concerning up coming MRI testing for her lower spinal cord and will determine if will need some treatment or surgery in her future. Pray for the doctors to make good decisions in determining what treatment will need to be and that Margaret responds well with it. Also, need prayers for her big brother Emerson as he has been struggling with frequent seizures and an increase in them when changing medications.
