Join others for a time of prayer:

Wednesday: A group meets at the West Campus on 180th 2 blocks North of Dodge at 4:00 pm in room W 10/11.

If we can pray for you, please submit your request on the Prayer Wall.

So, how do we pray? Jesus taught us how to pray in Matthew 6:9-13. Jesus said, “This, then, is how you should pray.” He did not say this is what you should say, but rather this is how you should pray. The Lord’s prayer gives four specific things to pray about. One of the best ways to remember these four things is through the acronym P.R.A.Y.

Tell God thanks for who He is and what He has done. Our Father in heaven, hollowed be your name.” (Matthew 6:9a) See also: 1 Chronicles 29:10-13

Confess your sins to God. Tell him how sorry you are for them and that you need His forgiveness. Ask God for strength not to do the sin again. Forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.” (Matthew 6:12) See also: Psalm 51:1-12

Give your requests to God. Give us today our daily bread.” And “lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil one.” (Matthew 6:11 & 6:13) See also: Ephesians 6:19-20

Spend time submitting to God that His will be done in your life. Spend time quietly listening to God. Your kingdom done, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” (Matthew 6:10) See also: Matthew 26:39 & Psalm 46:10a

Prayer Wall

Leisha Moxness

Prayers for Lowell and Betty who are my sister-in-law's parents. Last night Lowell and Betty were driving back to their farm near Scribner from their church when Lowell suddenly became unconscious while driving and got in a bad car accident. Lowell was ultimately able to walk away with a few scratches, but Betty suffered a broken leg which will require more than one surgery. After being taken to the hospital Lowell became unconscious again. He is now undergoing testing. Please pray that doctor's are able to identify and treat Lowell's medical issue(s).

Please pray for Betty's recovery from her injuries, and please pray for Jon and Diana (my brother and sister-in-law) as they try to help. Thank you!
