HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH

Welcome to our high school ministry, where youth in grades 9th – 12th grow in faith and our equipped to become thriving members of our church and the greater faith community. Take a moment to browse all that our ministry has for you and your loved ones.

Sunday School

From September through May, every Sunday from 10:30am – 11:30am at both the East Campus and the West Campus high school students have a Sunday School opportunity. Lessons are taught by volunteer ministry partners and cover a variety of topics that are meant to help connect students’ faith to their daily lives.

East Campus

1st Option: “The Breakfast Club” A student lead group that will feature breakfast and small group discussion. If you’ve been looking for a way to get involved on Sunday mornings this a new great option for you! Meets 10:30-11:20am in the Youth Room.

2nd Option: Join the adult discipleship hour in the Library.

3rd Option: Are you ready to start passing the faith on to the young people of our church? Then you should think about partnering with one of our children’s ministry Sunday School teachers and assist them in their classroom. Seniors are even eligible to help in the Middle School Sunday school rooms. Talk to Steve Hemmer think assisting with Sunday School is the best option for you!

West Campus

1st Option: Faithweavers Study (W12 – Parents & Young Adults or Chapel Hallway – Adult Study) – Bring your Bible and grow in both your understanding and application of His Word through the Faithweavers curriculum that ties into the sermon each Sunday. Come whenever you can and drop in. *New*

2nd Option: “Foundations of Freedom” (West Office) – Join us on Sunday mornings as we learn more about how our Founding Fathers used the Bible as a blueprint for America’s freedom and build your faith in our nation’s future with this DVD series.

3rd Option: Are you ready to start passing the faith on to the young people of our church? EPICENTER is a place where students can learn and grow in faith through real Gospel centered conversations and peer relationships. Each night will include a lesson, small group discussion, games, hangout time, and something to munch on. We meet Wednesdays from 7 – 8:30pm in the Youth Room at East Campus and W7 at West Campus.

Food

Every week we serve some sort of food. It may be something like pizza or wings, or may just be snacks and finger foods.
 
 
 
 
 

Fellowship

Each week we’ll split up into small groups to study God’s Word and learn about how to be a witness to those around you! This year we start a 3-year chronological overview of the Bible using LifeWay’s “Gospel Project” curriculum.

 
 
 
 
High-schoolers, we invite you to join us on the 2nd Sunday of every month for a time of fun and fellowship. We’ll be planning an activity offsite each month that may be as simple as frozen yogurt and board games, a trip to a nearby town for some outdoor adventuring or maybe even a mission/outreach project!
